It wasn’t going well. It’s not perfect now but things got smoother. On top of saving the projects that were in production at the time, Stephan Guenette and I were heavily focused on the digital processes with the account and creative team.

Toronto needed some love and time to scale up to the digital work they were getting.
It was a great experience, reminded me Yellowbox Studio’s entrepreneurial spirit, setting up processes and strategies from the ground up.
